1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving, raw Cilantro
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Mexican Corn with Zucchini

Chop vegetables. Add to a frying pan with butter. Cook until soft. Add in salsa. Cook until heated through.
