Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Cocoa for one

3/4 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 dash of Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Mexican Cocoa for one

  1. Pour milk into saucepan and whisk until heated. Whisk in cocoa, then the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Pour into favorite mug and top with whipped cream for a real treat.
