Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Cobb Salad

2 cups Romaine Lettuce
4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1/6 cup Colby Cheese
1/6 cup Kidney Beans
1/4 cup Tomato
2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
2 tbsp Coriander
1/3 tsp Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Mexican Cobb Salad

  1. Combine dressing ingredients: sour cream, coriander, lime juice, dash each of pepper, salt and hot pepper sauce. Mix well and refrigerate.

  2. Place shredded lettuce on the bottom of a bowl. Layer remaining ingredients one by one on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle with dressing.

  3. Enjoy with 2 crisp bread on the side.
