Chili-this made 8 servings, but to record for calories I made it 6 and that way you can eat 1.5 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Chili

16 oz kidney beans, drained
1/4 cup smart balance oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup pepper, green, red, orange, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups morningstar farms griller crumbles
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
16 oz canned tomatoes (liquid included)

Recipe Directions for Mexican Chili

  1. Brown garlic, onions, pepper, celery in oil in skillet.

  2. Add meatless burger and fry till slightly brown.

  3. Add seasonings, tomatoes, and kidney beans,

  4. Simmer. Serve with Chedar cheese and sour cream.

  5. This recipe was for 8 servings, but I made it 6 servings, that way you can have 1.5 of a serving and the calories will be right
