2 cups zucchini, sliced
2 cups squash, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup onion, sliced
1 tbsp pepper, jalapeno, minced
1 tbsp cilantro
3 cups water

  1. put all ingredients into crockpot on low

  2. cover and cook for 7-8 hours
