MEXICAN XHICKEN STEW. CAN BE MADE WITH BREAST FOR LESS CALORIES.

Recipe Ingredients for MEXICAN CHICKEN STEW

4 clove Garlic
10 mL TESCO FAJITA PASTE MEDIUM
400 grams Tomatoes
8 serving TESCO CHICKEN THIGHS
1 small Onions
1 small(70 g) Onions
800 mL KNORR CHICKEN STOCK POT
10 grams White Flour, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for MEXICAN CHICKEN STEW

  1. Brown Chicken and remove and keep warm.

  2. Fry onions in same pan till soft and add garlic.

  3. Add 2 tsp paste. stir.

  4. Add 2 tsp flour. cook 1 min.

  5. Add toms and stock.

  6. Allow to simmer until chicken falls apart.

  7. Shred chicken. mix back in with a little coriander.
