Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Soup

24 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1.5 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Frozen Cut Corn
4 teaspoons McCormick's Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mexican Chicken Soup

Throw everything (but the corn) into the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Just before serving shred chicken (it will fall apart in the crockpot) and then add in corn. Top with cheese, chopped avocado and/or cilantro and fat free sour cream. Toppings are not figured in to Nutrition info.
