Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Soup

1 cup Southwestern Corn
2 peppers Chipotle Peppers
5 serving Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
.5 cup Enchilada Sauce Red
10 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tsp Cilantro
4 tbsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa

Recipe Directions for Mexican Chicken Soup

Boil chicken broth. Reduce heat to medium. Add tomatoes, onions, and peppers, and cook 2 minutes. Add salsa, enchilada sauce, cilantro and cook 2 more minutes. Add chicken, reduce to medium-low heat, and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
