Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Soup

4 oz (raw) Chicken
8 serving Campbell's Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4 oz Old El Paso Picante Make Mine Medium
1 1/4 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Pressed
1 serving Ground Cumin
1 serving Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Cilantro
1/2 cup (uncooked) Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Mexican Chicken Soup

  1. Boil chicken then shred.

  2. Add oil, sautee onions and garlic.

  3. Add broth, veggies and spices.

  4. Simmer for 30 mins.
