Mexican style chicken, tomato, and potato

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Chicken

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, sliced Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
2 4/5 grams Cumin
3/10 grams Cloves, Ground
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Mexican Chicken

Saute onions about 6 min in olive oil, add garlic, cook 1 min. Add chopped tomatoes, and spices cook 5 min., Add chicken, cook about 10 minutes. Add potato, cilantro and cook until potato is tender.
