Recipe Ingredients for mexican cheesecake

500 grams Beef
400 grams Tomatoes Plum Diced
400 grams Farmhouse Mix Frozen Vegetables
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
30 grams Roma Style Tomatoes
1 Serving Vegetable Stock
200 grams Cheddar Cheese
3 cloves Garlic
28 grams Chilli
400 grams Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
6 Wrap Plain Wrap Tortillas

Recipe Directions for mexican cheesecake

Fry onions till transparent, add garlic and chilli, cook for 1 min. Add mince, cook till brown. Add drained kidney beans. Add tomatoes and puree. Stir well. Add the stock. (add stock cube to boiling water in empty tomato can that should be enough) Add frozen veg. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 mins. stirring regularly until the liquid has turned to a thick sauce. Layer this in a deep baking tin. Wrap then mince sauce then grated cheese. Continue till all ingredients are used up. There should be enough cheese left for the last wrap on top. Bake in the oven at 180 until the cheese is melted and brown.
