Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Caviar

0.3 cup Olive Oil
0.25 cup Vinegar red wine
1 serving Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
0.75 tsp Salt, Table
32 oz Black Beans
22 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1.764 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Mexican Caviar

combine oil, vinegar, tabasco sauce or frank's red hot (I put that S!@# on everything!), and salt in a large bowl. Mix well. Stir in black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, scallion and cilantro. Toss until well blended.
