Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

1 lb Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
2 cup ranch style beans
2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
2 cup Healthy Soup
12 corn tortillas
8 oz 2% colby cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

cook meat, add UNDRAINED beans, rotel and mushroom soup to cooked meat and mix. THen layer, starting with tortillas, meat mix and cheese....repeat once more and bake @ 350 x 30 minutes
