Easy, virtually no-cook if all ingredients are hot

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
170 grams cooked ground venison
6 tbsp Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

  1. Warm meat in pan.

  2. Add sauce and 1/2 cup water; bring to simmer for 2-3 mins. Sauce will be runny.

  3. Layer in large casserole rice, beans, corn, then chicken and sauce.

  4. Heat casserole if necessary.
