A delicious Mexican casserole with onion, black olive, ground beef and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

3 tortillas Tortillas
1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 oz Cheddar Fat Free
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup Original
4 serving Medium Pitted Black Olives
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

brown 1 lb extra lean hamburger meat in skillet. Add 1 small onion, chopped, 1 can Rotel, any heat, 1 can black olives, undrained and 1 can Campbells Cheddar Cheese soup. Simmer ingredients until water cooks off. In a separate baking dish, place 1 1/2 corn tortillias in the bottom of the dish then layer the meat mixture on top. Add another layer of corn tortillas and the rest of the meat mixture. Top with fat free Kraft cheddar shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 4
