Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

12 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
14 oz Old El Paso Refried Beans Fat Free
1.25 cup Sides Spanish Rice
4 oz Light Sour Cream
0.5 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

  1. Cook rice and meat

  2. Layer in 9 x 9 pan

  3. FF refried beans, light sour cream, spanish rice, meat, cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
