Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
12 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups chili (Hormel, no beans)
1/4 cup salsa
4 ounces green chilies, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

  1. Boil chicken breasts in salted water, chop.

  2. Tear tortillas into small pieces.

  3. Mix together soups and milk.

  4. Mix together chili, salsa, chilis and onions.

  5. Place in layers tortillas, soup, chicken, chili, cheese. Top with cheese and black olives.

  6. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour, covered.
