Quick and easy ground beef taco-seasoned casserole.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

1 pound Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
12 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 3/10 cup Black Beans
1/4 medium onion
1 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
5 oz Tortilla Chips (oz)
2 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilis (cup)

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

Brown beef in skillet and drain off grease. Add black beans, onion, corn, salsa and seasoning mix to skillet and stir well, letting warm through. Transfer to casserole dish and top with cheese and crushed tortilla chips. Bake in oven (preheated to 350) 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
