Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Casserole

432 g Harvest Choice Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
425 g Seasoned Recipe Black Beans
454 g Tomato Sauce
283 g With Lime Juice and Cilantro Mexican Festival Diced Tomatoes
4 c Brown Rice
2 c Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Casserole

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.

  2. Drain beans and corn.

  3. Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well.

  4. Place in greased casserole dish and top with cheese.

  5. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly, at 375 degrees.
