16 oz can black beans, rinsed
3/4 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 T olive oil
1/8 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 pinch red pepper flakes

  1. Rinse beans well,

  2. chop pepper and onion to size of beans

  3. dress veggie with remaining ingredients
