Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Bell Peppers

4 cup Refried Beans Fat Free
2 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
6 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 serving Salsa
4 oz Cheddar Mild 2% Milk Reduced Fat

Recipe Directions for Mexican Bell Peppers

  1. Mix refried beans and ground beef in bowl. Stull mixture into cleaned bell peppers.

  2. Place bell peppers in Slow Cooker and top with Salsa.

  3. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours.

  4. Remove from Cooker and top with cheese.
