Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Beef Sir-Fry

1 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 3 inch strip trim fat off
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, minced
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Mexican Beef Sir-Fry

  1. in a wok over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the beef and saute until the beef loses its pinkness. Drain any accumulated fat. Remove the beef from the wok.

  2. add the garlic and oninos and saute for 5 minutes. Add the red pepper and saute for 5 more minutes.

  3. add the chilli pepper and lime juice to coat the vegetables. Add the beef back to the wok and add the cumin. Heat 1 more minute
