Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Beef and Rice

1 pound ground beef
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups instant rice
8 ounces tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Mexican Beef and Rice

Brown beef with onions in large skillet, breaking beef into small pieces. Drain fat from beef. Stir in tomato sauce, water, olives and chili powder. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Serve over tortilla chips.
