Slow cooked beef for tacos, burritos or enchiladas.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Beef

1 1/10 pounds sirloin
14 1/2 oz. canned tomatoes
1 small onion
4 oz. taco seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. steak seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mexican Beef

I use a slow cooker, but this can be placed in a cassarole and baked at 300 until done. Cut beef into cubes. Chop onion. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low until done. Meat should be tender and break apart with a fork.
