Recipe Ingredients for Mexican beans & rice

1/4 cup dry Natural Brown Rice
1 cup Onions
2 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
1/2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
0.25 cup Kidney Beans Dark Red

Recipe Directions for Mexican beans & rice

Saute onion and peppers in olive oil. Add tomatoes, beans with broth and 1/2 cup water. Bring to simmer and add brown rice & taco seasoning. Simmer until rice is tender.
