Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Bean Salad

1 3/4 cup black beans
1 3/4 cup kidney beans
1 3/4 cup white kidney beans
1 3/4 cup canned corn
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1/8 cup hot peppers
1 cup red peppers
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/6 cup lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Mexican Bean Salad

  1. Drain canned beans and corn and mix together

  2. Chop vegtables and cilantro and add to bean mix

  3. Mix sugar, oil, lime juice, salt, vinegar togther in a separate bowl

  4. Add to bean mix

  5. Marinate for at least 4 hours
