Recipe Ingredients for mexican bean quiche

7 tbsp butter
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
12 oz. beans
3/4 cup cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for mexican bean quiche

  1. mix butter, flour and oats to form crust, bake crust for 10 to 12 mins.

  2. mix all other ingredients and season with chili powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder

  3. bake for 35 mins.
