2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 teaspoons paprika
3 pounds cut-up frying chicken, skinless
