Really Good Chicken Mexican Style

Recipe Ingredients for Mexicali Chicken

1 1/2 lbs chicken, skin removed
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 cup green onions
1/4 cup chili pepper
1/2 cup green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp pepper
4 cups water
2 cups rice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mexicali Chicken

Cut up vegetables. Make a marinade with oil, and vinegar. Put on chicken and let it marinate for two hours. In a pot put chicken vegetables and two cups of water. Braise choicken until done. Take out chicken, shred it and put it aside. Make sure the pot has 4 cups of water. Put in the rice and cook it until it is done. Put the shredded chicken back in when the rice is done mix together and serve.
