Chicken and pasta with a Southwestern twist

Recipe Ingredients for Mexicali Chicken

2/3 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper
29 oz. diced tomatoes
8 oz. chopped green chilies
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
8 oz. pasta
4 cups chicken breast, cooked, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Mexicali Chicken

Combine first 8 ingredients in large skillet. Cook uncovered, over medium heat 20 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt and fat. Add chicken and cilantro, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
