Recipe Ingredients for mexibean stew

2 cups cooked pinto beans
15 ounces cooked black beans
15 ounces cooked kidney beans
1 pound 95% lean ground beef
1 quart mixed vegetables
1 large onion, chopped
12 ounces low sodium v8
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp fajita seasoning

Recipe Directions for mexibean stew

Brown meat with onion in the bottom of a stock pot. when meat is browned, add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until veggies are tender. I like mine really thick, but you can add water for a more soup like consistency and to make it stretch a bit farther for a larger group.
