Recipe Directions for Method to Roast Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Wash and cut vegetables into equal sizes

  3. Lightly coat vegetables in olive oil.

  4. Bake vegetables at 400 for 30 minutes, rotating once in the middle of cooking. Note: Soft vegetables such as mushrooms only require about 15 minutes.
