Whole wheat tortilla with fenugreek leaves

Recipe Ingredients for Methi Paratha

24 ozs whole wheat flour
8 ozs fenugreek leaves, washed and chopped
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
12 ozs water
3/4 tsp clarified butter

Recipe Directions for Methi Paratha

  1. Add all ingredients except clarified butter and make a soft dough.

  2. Roll a small ball of dough into a tortilla.

  3. Heat on a pan until on side is cooked. Turn on the other side and add a dash of clarified butter on each side and remove from pan.
