Recipe Ingredients for Methi Na Thepla with Fat Free Yogurt

1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/3 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves
3/4 tsp chilli powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3 tbsp peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Methi Na Thepla with Fat Free Yogurt

  1. combine all the flour

  2. put 1 tsp oil in the flour and yogurt and Feungreek Leaves

  3. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes till it becomes soft

  4. Cover it up and Let is seat for 30 minute

  5. Make 12 parts small balls out of the dough

  6. Roll tortillas from this dough

  7. Cook them on the stove top on the hot pan

  8. apply oil while they are hot.
