This started out as just barbeque seasoning, olive oil and chicken, but one thing led to another and I came up with this. Also, I have no idea what the actual measurements are. I just threw the spices together and just did what felt right. This tastes great with corn on the cob and spinach and blueberry salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Meredith's Flavored Chicken

1 fillet Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Grill Mates Mesquite Seasoning
1 serving BBQ Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Meredith's Flavored Chicken

  1. Mix the olive oil and the seasonings together.

  2. Chop up the chicken into bite size pieces for greater surface area to absorb the flavor.

  3. Mix the chicken and marinade together, and let it marinate for at least an hour (it's best if you start this around lunch).

  4. When ready to cook, throw it all into a pan or bake it or whatever your method of choice is.

  5. Eat and Enjoy!
