Penne with elementary school-style chorizo and mushroom sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Menza penne

100 grams Chorizo, Pork And Beef
1 large Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
500 grams Penne
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1/2 tsp Oregano, Ground

Recipe Directions for Menza penne

  1. Slice the chorizo and put it on medium/low heat in a sauce pan

  2. Chop the red onion and add to the chorizo. Cover the sauce pan and cook cc 15mins or until the onion is fully cooked.

  3. Slice the mushrooms and add to the chorizo. Cook cc 10mins

  4. Add the tomato paste, basil, oregano and half cup of boiling water. Cook for another 10mins.

  5. Cook the penne.

  6. Stir the sauce in to the pasta.
