Recipe Ingredients for Menemen

1 red pepper
2 medium tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 whole egg
1 dash salt
1 dash paprika

Recipe Directions for Menemen

  1. Heat the oil in a shallow pan, add the chopped peppers and stir fry.

  2. Add diced tomatoes and stir fry for a fw minutes until semi soft.

  3. Add the egg, wait 30 seconds then slowly scramble.

  4. Remove from heat, add salt and paprika.
