Recipe Ingredients for Mem Sahib's Curry Chicken & Veggies

6 oz White Onion
36 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
23 oz Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Skin
10 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Mushrooms
10 oz Carrots
3 tbsp Curry Paste
4 oz Golden Curry Sauce Mix
10 oz Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Mem Sahib's Curry Chicken & Veggies

  1. heat olive oil

  2. brown diced chicken and onions

  3. add turmeric and fresh ground pepper, about a half teaspoon each

  4. add 16 oz boiling water

  5. add curry paste and chunks

  6. let simmer for ten minutes

  7. add carrots, and mushrooms

  8. let simmer for five minutes

  9. add cauliflower

  10. let simmer for 45 minutes

  11. add green peppers

  12. let simmer for 45 minutes

  13. serve

  14. makes about 15 6oz servings
