Melt in your mouth muffins. with cinnamon & sugar topping

Recipe Ingredients for Melto Muffins

1.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
0.33 cup Butter
0.5 cup Organic Whole Milk
1 large Egg, Whole
2 teaspoon Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Melto Muffins

mix dry ingredients together, sift/whisk together. add wet ingredients and gently stir until mixed. do not over mix. Pour into greases muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20 min. Then brush cooked muffin with melted butter and dip into cin/sugar mixture to cover top of each muffin.
