A wonderful marinade that makes even the toughest cuts of beef so tender you could cut them with a butter knife. Tastes great on pork chops and chicken, too. Play with the amounts of garlic and ginger to suit your taste. I tend to use more rather than less. Makes enough for six servings using 1 inch thick chops.

Recipe Ingredients for Melt in Your Mouth Pork Chops

6 serving Chunk 118.3 g All Purpose Soy Sauce
59 3/20 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, Minced
14.79 g Ground Mustard
1 tbsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Pepper, Black
6 Pork Loin Chops, Center Cut, Boneless

Recipe Directions for Melt in Your Mouth Pork Chops

  1. In a small, nonporous bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, mustard powder and ginger.

  2. Add chops to marinade in a plastic storage bag, and store in refrigerator untill ready

  3. Preheat and lube grill

  4. Grill for 4 minutes, turn over and grill 4-7 minutes untill juces flow clear, or to desired doneness.
