Spaghetti noodles tossed in a garlic peanut sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Mel's Spin on Noodles

3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons chicken broth or water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons honey
3 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
6 ounces spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/2 ounce chopped peanuts, optional

Recipe Directions for Mel's Spin on Noodles

  1. For the sauce, combine the peanut butter, chicken broth or water, soy sauce, oil, honey and garlic in blender or food processor, puree until smooth

  2. In large serving bowl, toss spaghetti with sauce and half the scallions. Garnish with remaining scallions and nuts if using.
