Pasta dish using what I've got in the kitchen...that's healthy! Cider vinegar is optional...I thought it would add an interesting aspect to the flavor of the dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Mel's Pasta Pesca Primavera

4 cup+8+fl+oz Water
13 1/4 oz Piccolini Mini Farfalle
632 g Zucchini, Includes Skin
141 g Chunk Light In Water Tuna
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Mel's Pasta Pesca Primavera

  1. Slice zucchini and sautee in canola oil until slightly soft.

  2. Prepare pasta according to box directions while zucchini cooks.

  3. Drain tuna and break up.

  4. Put all ingredients in a big bowl and toss. Make sure EVOO and vinegars coat evenly.

  5. .Enjoy while hot or eat cold.
