Recipe Ingredients for Mel's Meatballs (Tangy Spicy)

1 lb lean ground beef, 90/10
1 medium onion, minced
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (or A1 steak sauce)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup 1% milk
2 slices whole wheat bread, dried and crushed into crumbs...yields about 1/3 cup crumbs

Recipe Directions for Mel's Meatballs (Tangy Spicy)

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Form into 16 balls and place in foil-lined baking pan.

  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
