Homemade bread. Makes 4 ~ 1lb loaves

Recipe Ingredients for Mel's homemade bread

6.5 cup Bread Flour
6 tsp Kosher Salt
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4.5 tsp Yeast
1 cup Milk Powder (Non-Fat Dry)

Recipe Directions for Mel's homemade bread

Mix all dry ingredients, add warm water, mix well. Let rise 2 hours, then place container in fridge. Pull off 1 lb of dough. Scatter cornmeal across peel, and form loaf. Let rise 40 mins. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place empty pan for water on bottom rack. When oven is preheated and bread has risen for 40 mins, liberally flour top of loaf and slash. Slide into oven onto bread stone, and pour 1 cup water into pan beneath stone. Bake for 30 mins and let cool on counter.
