Recipe Ingredients for Mels garden veggies

14 1/2 oz Tomatoes
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 clove Garlic
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Mels garden veggies

chop all veggies, add to saucepan w/ 1 can diced tomatoes w/ chili's, cover and simmer till veggies are soft. Serve over rice, w/ pasta or just as a veggie side dish.
