Recipe Ingredients for Mel's Brown Rice Pilaf BASE

1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup water
5 3/10 oz frozen spinach
8 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 cup shredded cheddar

Recipe Directions for Mel's Brown Rice Pilaf BASE

  1. Cook rice and spinach together with water. -->You would add meat, etc to this pot.

  2. Cook mixed vegetables separately.

  3. When rice and veggies are done, mix together.

  4. Add cheese and cover to melt.

  5. Mix well and enjoy!
