Modified from Betty Crocker Big Red Cookbook. 1 pancakes = 1 WW point.

Recipe Ingredients for Mel's Banana Pancakes

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/4 cups 1% milk
2 egg whites
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
115 g bananas (1/2 cup mashed)

Recipe Directions for Mel's Banana Pancakes

  1. Beat eggs; add in all other ingredients and stir until well combined.

  2. Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto 375 degree griddle, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  3. Keep pancakes warm in oven while frying remaining batter.
