Recipe Ingredients for Melon Smoothie Shake

2 strawberries
1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup cantaloupe, cubed
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup water, citris flavored

Recipe Directions for Melon Smoothie Shake

  1. Place cantaloupe, pineapple & strawberries in bottom of bullet blender

  2. Pour protein powder & Splenda over top of fruit.

  3. Pour Citris flavored water over top

  4. Push ice cubes down into fruit

  5. Place on blades

  6. Blend & drink

  7. May add more or less of any ingredient to change flavor to your taste
