I don't usually measure or even use the same indredients each time, but I wanted some nutitional data, so here is my shot and making one version of a recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Mellie's Oven Fries

6 medium yukon gold potatoes
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Mellie's Oven Fries

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spread in a single layer in pan.

  2. Roast uncovered 30-40 minutes, turning and stirring after about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
