Recipe Ingredients for Melissa's Mixed Berry Pie

3 cups strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cold water

Recipe Directions for Melissa's Mixed Berry Pie

Quarter the strawberries and toss all the fruit together with the sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl. Set aside. Sift the salt and flour together then cut in the shortening. Add the cold water with a fork. Roll into two balls. Roll one, place in pie pan, fill with fruit. Roll the other, cut vents in the top and place over the pie. Trim and seal. Bake 375, one hour.
